ORDERING

Products are showing as sold out, why is that?

When we run out of stock the system disables the ability to buy the product. We have a great little feature which notifies you via email when the item is back in stock. Give it a try!

Why are you asking me for my phone number during checkout?

Phone numbers are a requirement by Spanish couriers. They normally call ahead to let you know they will be arriving.

How can I make sure I pick the right size? 

Every product has a detailed size table to help you make the right choice. Click here to open our size guide matrix for EU, US and UK sizes. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with mastercard, visa, apple pay, paypal and amex. 

 

SHIPPING

What are your shipping costs and how do I know what I will pay upfront?

Anyone in EU that orders €100 or more will automatically quality for standard free delivery. Otherwise, costs are always calculated at the checkout and we do try to source the cheapest and most reliable delivery operators. See our Delivery page for more info.

Who delivers my order?

Items are delivered by ASM/GLS and UPS depending on your location.

Can I get my item faster using an express delivery service?

Yes. For any express delivery options you choose an additional cost will apply and this will also be calculated at the checkout.

 

DISCOUNTS

I received a discount code, how can I use this?

During the checkout there will be a box allowing you to enter the code, please copy and paste the code in and if valid, it will automatically apply to the final price.

 

RETURNS

How many days do I have to return an item? 

28 days to return an item using our return slip. See the Returns page for more info

What happens if my items are faulty?

If the item is faulty, please post back using the return slip provided in your shipment or here for a refund.

How do I sign up to receive rewards?

Click the Rewards tab in the right bottom corner of our website and follow instructions.

Do you offer wholesale?

No. We are a multi-brand boutique.

Can I become a re-seller?

No. In order to comply with the terms our partner brands set, we need to make sure sales are handled by Sea Yogi only.

 

DATA AND SECURITY

What do you do with my data?

We use your address and phone for courier to deliver the package. The email is used to give you order status updates and send through the tracking link if there is one. If you opted into email communications during checkout (off by default) we will email you with updates and promotions regarding Sea Yogi only. You are free to unsubscribe. We will never share your personal information with anyone outside of Sea Yogi online team. For more details on Privacy please visit the Privacy Policy page.

How secure is my data? 

Your data is held in Shopify ecommerce platform. Nobody at Sea Yogi has access to this part of the system. It is a highly tested e-commerce platform used by over 300,000 world wide businesses. 

Do you store any of my financial data?

NO. No financial data is ever stored with us. This is all handled by the Stripe / Paypal or Amazon pay Bank Merchant who process this data in a highly encrypted manner. 

Do you see the password to my customer page or any other passwords whatsoever?

NO. This is all stored by Shopify platform and held in their back servers to which we do not have access.
